Register with your work email. We approve companies by hand, usually within a day.

Upload a list or add people one by one. Each employee gets a link and decides for themselves.

What we will not do with your employee data

  • We will not publish anyone who has not personally agreed.
  • We will not show their phone number on a public page — ever. It is released only to verified members, a couple of times a week at most, and never in bulk.
  • We will not sell, share or export your employee list.
  • We will not let you re-add someone who has asked us to remove their number. Their choice outranks their employer's.
  • We will not hide from an employee who looked them up. Every contact view is on their record.

Questions HR teams actually ask

Yes, always. When you upload a list, nobody becomes visible on the site. Each person gets an invitation, sees exactly what would be published, and has to confirm with a one-time code. Until then they are held as a pending invitation only — not a donor record, not searchable, not shown to anyone. Anyone who declines has their name, phone number and email erased immediately.

Their name (initials only to visitors who are not signed in), blood group, city and number of verified donations. Their phone number is never published: it is shown only to verified members, capped per day, and limited to two reveals per donor per week so no one can collect numbers in bulk. Email, department and employee number are never shown to anyone.

Only for employees who have confirmed, and every single view is recorded with who looked, when, and from where. Employees can see that record. People who have not confirmed stay hidden from you too — you already hold that data in your own HR system, and this platform should not become a second copy of it.

An employee logs a donation, and someone in your team confirms it. Only confirmed donations count towards your total or the public leaderboard. If you run a camp, you can confirm the whole day in one click.

Nothing. There is no fee to enrol, no limit on employees, and no paid tier.

They can leave your panel from their profile at any time, and remove their number from the platform entirely at /remove-my-number. Neither needs your permission. Donations they already made stay credited to the company where they were made.
